Possibly dishonest product ratings

Possibly dishonest product ratings. According to images from Visual Ping which I have set up to monitor some moss items for changes in pricing. Some of their product ratings disappear from their product after they have been live. If Moss are doing this it could be in order to make the products look more highly rated.

Very poor customer service and disappointing quality

I took a T shirt back to Moss in Fosse Park Leicester today 14/12/25 that I have had for several months because it had developed holes where the label is. I was not asking for a refund, just hoping they might be able to help in some way.From the moment I put the T shirt on the counter, the lady serving me had a horrendous attitude. Before I had even finished explaining, I was bluntly told “that is old, you bought that last year” which was not true. Being spoken to like that straight away makes you feel really valued as a customer.I was then asked for the receipt. I explained it was an electronic receipt and asked if they could bring it up, only to be told she did not think so. If they cannot access electronic receipts, what is the point of them.I was told they could not help because it was too old. At that point I asked if they could dispose of it for me as it was completely unwearable. She said it would need to be cut up and then repeatedly asked if I wanted to give it to someone else. I clearly explained more than once that it had holes in it and was unwearable, and that I just wanted it disposed of. It took several attempts before she finally accepted this, and throughout it felt like she was doing everything possible not to help.I have been a loyal Moss customer for years, but after this experience I walked into a different store and spent my money there instead. I will not be going back.Very poor quality, zero customer care, and no support when something goes wrong. Think twice before buying here.

Shocking service

I have just received the absolute worst customer service of my life . I didn’t read the awful reviews but totally urge others to do so. Never never shop at Moss Bros - they will absolutely get the order wrong . My party ruined as I have now not got my suit etcThanks MB you have just lost my future custom and I will ensure others are warned about you

Delivery and returns fee

Having to pay for both delivery and returns makes this not friendly for home shopping. Paid delivery is clear on their website, but paid returns is hidden away in the returns policy and a little deceptive.

Disrespectful customer service

I am very disappointed with the service at Bluewater Moss. I booked an appointment for my son to get measured, and the experience was terrible. I knew exactly where I was coming to, and I was fully aware of the price range before booking. My family was treated like garbage.The staff member who was meant to help us acted like we were bothering him from the moment we arrived. Asking a 13 years old silly question when I was standing right there. When I called out his behaviour, nothing changed. He continued with the same attitude. I felt disrespected and uncomfortable, and it was hard not to wonder if this treatment was because we are Black and he assumed we couldn't afford to buy. We had to leave. This was meant to be a happy moment for my son, but it became upsetting and stressful. Too bad, too sad. I hope Moss takes this seriously and trains their staff to treat every customer with basic respect regardless. No one should be made to feel like trash.

Weddings Ruined - Thanks Moss

I had two weddings coming up and was excited to take advantage of Moss’s Black Friday event. I placed a large order online, several suits in different sizes totalling £1,500 with the discount (nearly £3,000 without). I received a confirmation email with an estimated delivery time of four days.After waiting almost a week with no update, I contacted customer service only to be told my order had been cancelled and refunded due to an “internal security process.” Moss never informed me of this cancellation, leaving me unable to reorder at the Black Friday prices.I raised a complaint and spoke with Lynn from customer services, who told me the senior team would not honour the Black Friday prices. She even admitted, “I cannot guarantee that if you place a new order the same issue will not happen again and will be the same outcome.” In other words, Moss made a mistake, refused to take responsibility, and left me out of pocket. Even after acknowledging the false security flag, they refused to support me in receiving my order.This is appalling customer care. Moss cancelled my order without notice, failed to communicate, and showed no willingness to put things right. With service this poor, I will never shop at Moss again.

Service was amazing

Service was amazing. They made my little brother feel very comfortable (He has autism) and he found everything he wanted. They also pointed us to a tailor who was able to do adjustments in a couple of hours. Absolutely no complaints thank you

I wish I read reviews before making the…

I wish I read reviews before making the order. I have a Christmas party today and I made an order over a week ago. I paid for fast delivery which they said is 2 to 5days. Till date I have not received neither tracking number nor article and I am so frustrated. I would have just driven to Westfield to get something directly. Why would people be this misleading in contracting and even breaking their own words. Till now I haven’t received even a mail to explain any delay or nothing. I hope I get refunded ASAP.
