Ordered something online, didn't appear for two weeks, then was told it was 'lost in transit' - which I find difficult to believe as Royal Mail tracking said they never received the parcel. Prompt refund from customer service is the only reason it's not a 1 star. Sort yourself out Moss.
Online ordering is brilliant. I've had several suits and items all of which were delivered really quickly. Unfortunately, my latest order was shown as delivered by Royal Mail, but it wasn't delivered to me. No problem, Moss asked some questions, contacted RM and then gave me a full refund, no quibbles. Great service.
I'm a large guy who doesn't come suit shopping often. My father in law died and I need a nice suit for his funeral. The staff were measuring up some men before me so I waited with my wife. The guy measuring then passed me to his colleague because they didn't have my size in stock. The second man proceeded to try to sell to me call me love and when I requested to know my size he looked at me and said sizes that I know are wrong. Not even trying to measure me with a tape! I'm now furious that I have driven all the way from Corby to specifically get measured and these people make me feel like crap. They need sacking for driving customers away!

Felt very much like travelling back 50 years to receive the kind of attention that was common in those days. Thinking about it, today’s experience would have been classed as exceptional even then.Well done Moss Bros. Definitely recommended.
Disappointed with Customer Service After Years of LoyaltyI’ve been a long-term customer of MOSS and have always appreciated the quality of their clothing and the service received in-store. However, my recent experience has been very disappointing.After purchasing a tie that came apart after only a handful of uses, I expected a simple and straightforward exchange. Instead, I’ve spent far too much time visiting the store and sending multiple emails, yet the issue remains unresolved.It’s frustrating to have invested so much time in something that should have been handled easily, especially as a loyal customer who has spent a great deal with MOSS over the years. Normally, the in-store service is good, but this experience has made me seriously rethink where I shop in the future.
I ordered a custom made suit and spent well over £500 to get it, only to have it split on my wedding day. When I complained about this, Nicole at customer services said they would repair the fault, but offered no compensation for this embarrassment. I am thoroughly disappointed at this abysmal service.
