The Instagram post directed me to the 30 watt version instead of the 100w. I placed the order and for the past 4 days nobody at customer service has responded from any of my attempts to rectify the order and upgrade. It seems that nobody is viewing emails.

I ordered a power bank (MOVE SPEED M25 145W 25000mAh Flight Authorisation) on the 18th of May. The item was never delivered, and their customer care never replied after at least 4 contact attempts by email. The tracking number shows that the item was lost along the way, as its status has not been updated since the 11th June. Not reliable as there is no response nor assistance from their team.
