Review Time
As soon as I bought two rings I saw one colour was wrong. I sent 4 emails and nobody answered. 2 weeks later the rings arrived with the wrong colours. I kept them and started using and three days later one magnet went off the ring. Another email but no answer at all. Same quality of ring and customer service: very poor.
They are not responding to my request for a refund even though I followed the policy they have on their website. The ring is too small for my husband's hand and they put his ring and the other ring I ordered for my mom in the same box which means that I could not gift them.
