I booked my flight with Harris. He manged to assist me and book my flight.But when I travelled and I asked for assistance no one from dream flight responded or willing to help.They only give false promises that we will help you but initially they only want someone to book with them once they get money they are not willing the customer.
I was looking for a flight ticket and a lady named Anum, help and guide me through the processing and payment, she has done a great job, an excellent customer service and an asset to your company. Well done Anum, hope to speak to you again in my next travel, take care.
I am not the first timer, but Anum was good and kind, gave me all the attention required and found me the best fare and timing as per the stringent timelines. Yes, I will definelty to consider her assessment in my next trip.ThanksAshwani
Don’t book a flight with them.I booked a flight to Ghana, I made 150 pound deposit, I called the next day to make the full payment, I was told by the agent that it wasn’t possible as I had to wait to the due date. The morning of the due date I called to make payment and they told me I was too late and the e-ticket was unavailable. They insisted I selected another ticket which was 1000 pounds more. They offered me a 300 pound voucher. I requested for a refund and they refused saying it was against their policy. I spoke to the manager he also refused to give me a refund and told me he would discipline the agent that didn’t let me pay before the due date. But I still had to pay the extra flight difference. They offered me premium membership but still refused to give me a refund. Eventually they didn’t pick my calls. I would recommend that you contact your bank if you are faced with the same challenge.
