Ms Mahi arranged my flight booking & ticket via Qatar Airways with painstaking devotion. Though between the deposit payment & final payment prices augmented. It was not her fault but the fault of the airline she explained. She has promised that I’ll be compensated with a £200 voucher & be upgraded to Higher Economy. Annie has been very helpful and patients from the start unlike the other colleagues who didn't have any sense of sympathy when i didn't get my booking.
