I purchased a premium package of MyExpat Tax as I knew had a fair amount of FTC questions and needed a dedicated resource for the process. The description said I would have access to a dedicated tax professional - named Nathalie…. And That I should look out for the intro contact email. I did NOT get an intro email from Nathalie throughout the process ( only ONE at the end to tell me to file). Additionally all the email request for assistance were mostly auto generated responses but without any specific answers … the generic system reply kept referring to the case number that Natalie will respond to me BUT over a week later NO PREMIUM support. I had to go outside of Myexpat tax to pay extra money to find the answers! Signing up with them was a waste of money and time! It was frustration beyond reason. The only reason I have a one star was the online support from Moussa was decent. But even the online - the general online support was often unavailable “Your marketing says one thing and I got the complete opposite for the premium price and package. I’m not even certain that a professional actually looked at my data as I found areas where I made mistakes…. AFTER they locked and said the doc was ready for filing. My confidence has eroded to zero and I will not use this service again nor recomed it to anyone. They have lost a customer ( I did my taxes with them last year 2025). I will share the word to my online followers. I hope You make the change to manage your customer service better to give a good product especially at such high prices! This was A disappointment indeed.
