Love the door knobs! They blend well with the copper hardware for our new kitchen cabinets (got those from My Knobs as well.) Nice doing business with your company and the items we purchased are well made and good quality. Delivery was pretty quick too, considering the current shipping problems in the country. First off, the handles I ordered look great and are good quality, comparable to other handles 2-3x the price.However, the experience has been so bad I wish I had just paid twice as much and gone somewhere else. Of the 28 handles I ordered, 7 arrived damaged, so either the QC is bad or their packing method is.The customer service has been terrible. They don't communicate back, so if you send them an email or request a call, you'll never hear anything back unless you call them and ask what's going on.
Don't waste your time, go elsewhere. Ordered arrived incorrect, attempted to rectify the issue by calling and emailing, even created a "ticket" on their site, no response for 5 days! Went else where for the correct parts and will never buy from them again. Beware
Warning! Myknobs.com uses deceptive sales practices. They sell shoddy, cheaply-painted knobs as "polished brass." They refuse to send a pre-paid return label and will not accept returns via USPS, only UPS or FedEx, to discourage legitimate returns.
