Can I give zero stars? My order never arrived. Probably the fault of UPS, however multiple emails to MyKnobs went unanswered. I would have just repurchase the item I need if I got a simple, “We are sorry, but this was the fault of UPS.” The lack of response is unprofessional. Don’t bother with this company. Find what you need elsewhere.
UPDATE: I did receive the refund four weeks after they arrived back at the warehouse! Whew!The color of the knobs I ordered did not work with my kitchen, so I returned them with a tracking number as they instructed. They said the refund would be available in 1 to 2 weeks. It has been 3 weeks and they just send the same message saying it will be refunded in 1 to 2 weeks. I am becoming concerned that there will be no refund...
This was a HORRIBLE experience working with this company. They said 1 - 2 days shipping, then after 2 weeks, I finally called to get an update. They told me the manufacturer had backordered the product but when I called the manufacturer, they said they had "plenty in stock of each size". I called MyKnobs back and spoke to Michelle who was not willing to get on a call with the manufacturer to resolve the discrepancy and basically just said, "I can just cancel your order". What horrible customer service, delayed my timeline and was rude to their customer. I would definitely not use this site.
