Added a matching cabinet but wanted to match the knobs with the existing knob om the other furniture. Despite detail search at local box stores could not find exact match.Search on internet appeared successful when I found MyKnobs.com. Order process was easy and delivery was pretty quick.Only process is a miismatch of the inner circle on the knob. Thankfully the order was a bag of 4 although i really only needed 2 so i was able to use the 4 knobs on a different piece so those 4 "matched" and the "new cabinet" is looking good with the "old" knobs.Just have to live with "things change".
Received the wrong item and am still waiting for the correct one. Called customer service the day I got the incorrect order delivered to me and that was about 2 weeks ago. Had to send them an email explaining the mistake and a picture of the wrong item sent to me. Hope to get the correct product soon.
I received my order in a reasonable amount of time, everything was packaged nice and secure, I just didn’t care for the color and the weight of the items. I decided to send it all back at my expense (over $60. In postage!!) for a refund. The package had tracking so I could see that it had been received, but my refund has not happened and it’s been almost 2 weeks. After one phone call they assured me it would get refunded soon. 🤞
