I ordered my second Livia device, but unfortunately the address was incorrect. Livia received the device back and I informed them of the correct address, however they sent it to the wrong address again and I never got my device.

Great device. Just don't subscribe!

I am shocked at all the negative reviews!I love my device. I've had it for 2 years now, but luckily only have to use it first day of menstrual cycle. I did not sign up for a subscription, just bought it outright, and have not even needed to buy new pads yet. The device definitely lessens my cramping.The only thing I wish is that you could move the pads further apart

I use this for chronic pelvic pain

I use this for chronic pelvic pain, and it helps SO much! One of the only products I can use without worrying about side effects from medication, etc. Definitely recommend if you have painful periods, it helps with those too!

I would give 0 stars if I could

I would give 0 stars if I could! It does nothing. Just kinda distracts you from the pain for a second. Then when you try to cancel they’ll tell you it’s cancelled after a month of fighting with them but then they’ll still charge you! A bunch of crooks!!!!

Unable to get replacement device for faulty item

The device stopped working and I contacted the company to request a replacement one. My emails were replied to very slowly, I was totally given the 'run around', with the favourite line of "I'll check with management" being repeated several times. It has now been nearly 6 months since I first asked for a replacement device, and I am no closer to getting one. AVOID!

I have been trying to cancel my subscription for months and they keep charging me $8 a month despite me contacting customer service over and over. This company is a HUGE scam and the customer service sucks!

Amazing device for every women

Livia is amazing device that saves me every month. My cramps hurts so much that I cant even get out of my bed in the morning, but now Livia saves the day.So thankful for this device and trully belive that every women who have bad cramps should use it.
