This product is incredible. I recommend all of my friends who have bad cramps, even recommended it to my doctor. I would not survive my cramps gracefully if I didn’t have Livia as my go to tool. I highly recommend this to anyone who has even the slightest discomfort from period cramps. On top of that the customer service team is very quick and very friendly. Makes the whole experience with this product fabulous.
Unit was faulty from the beginning, would turn off after a minute or so. Confirmed faulty by customer support the first day I contacted them but it had to be escalated to management to get a replacement unit sent. Took months to hear back and eventually was told I needed my subscription to be current to have a warranty, and that I needed to cover the cost of returning the faulty unit to them. Both of these things are illegal when selling to my country. When I pointed that out I never got a reply, instead I received the email to rate their service so guessing it’s been closed without action. Good thing I paid through PayPal, they issued a full refund.
MyLivia changed my life. I usually get pretty intense cramps, so I consumed a lot of ibuprofen during my period days, even before and after I got it. When I started using this little miracle machine in 2015, it all changed. I just wish the cable connected to the little flower pads wouldn't break as easily.
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.HAVE TRIED AND TRIED TO CHANGE SUBSCRIPTION OR REPORT A PROBLEM AND NO ONE EVER GETS BACK TO ME. MACHINE ONLY WORKS ABOUT HALF THE TIME AND STOPS SUDDENLY EVEN THOUGH IT'S FULLY CHARGED WITH NEW PADS. NEED TO WORK ON BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PRODUCTS.
