for some reason when trying to activate a digital card it refuses to stay on the activation page for the billing address, when trying to create an account the website refuses to stay on the verification page so you cant get back to it, and to get support you need to be a member which as stated above cant happen
I waited so long to recieve my virtual mastercard for a settlement I claimed. Unfortunately, I'm unable to link it to my Google Pay, PayPal or Samsung Pay. I've tried creating profile to see it the would help activate the card but like others I am unable to use the card online. I keep getting declined and the error message to contact support. This is frustrating because I've never had this problem with any other virtual card service. I contacted support but nothing. This is my last resort. Hello. I didn't mean to leave a review here but the Visa virtual rewards card I've redeemed as a company incentive isn't working anywhere and is always getting declined. Ive no way of contacting you since you dont have an email or chat and Im not in the US to contact you through phone.Edit: It's been days since they've asked for my information and no further communication since then. It looks like I wouldn't be able to use my OWN prepaid card anytime soon.Edit: The issue has been fixed. Thank you.
I made 2 small purchases then my virtual card started to decline. I called customer service and after an hour of waiting I finally got a hold of them just for them to tell me that my card was blocked. I don't understand why they would even block it to begin with but I would like to regain access to my money please and thank you. I haven't been able to get a hold of customer service since that first time.
My experience with MyPrepaidCenter has been extremely frustrating. I received a Virtual Promotional Visa Prepaid Card through BeFrugal, but the card is completely unusable. Every attempt to use it is declined with a billing address error, even though no address was required during registration. To make matters worse, there is no proper customer support to address the issue. BeFrugal directed me to Tango, and Tango was no help either, leaving me stuck with a card that doesn’t work and no one taking responsibility. Avoid using this service if you expect reliable products or customer support.After reviewing, my issue was resolved on November 21st.
I received a giftcard from my school, the card locked after two small purchases. I called customer service and they wanted my ID and a utility bill with my name on it—neither of which are something I have considering I'm a minor. They told me there was nothing they could do about it, so they basically just robbed me and overcomplicated everything for no good reason.
