Review Time
I tried to use $20 debit card for first time today and it was denied. I was unable to access website (says it closed 10/1) and when I tried calling any of the number it says balance is $0 but I'm unable to talk to anyone. This is supposed to be a Wellness Reward and I feel like it's a scam.
Card gets declined everywhere. Tried numerous sites, games, shops. All show me the same message; bank refused the purchase or transaction failed. And when you want to report the problem there is no e-mail to send inquiries too. Wouldn't buy from this company again untill they fix their issues.UPDATESo after a good amount of verification questions, I get a standard answer which you can also find in their FAQ. Allready got another card which got the job done easily. Won't be making use of their services again.
Hey there i got a 100$ card i tried it on countless websites and got declined on all sites. Then i linked it to google play and it worked on 3 purchases there now doesnt work on a single one this is ridiculous ive used this service before with no problem. But now when i get a bigger card (100$) it just straight ups starts to decline on every single purchase. please reach out to help me
Like everyone else, I can't use my balance on any website. Declines every time. Figured I'd try with the retailers listed on their website, declined. This is beyond ridiculous. I don't know how they can stay in business when their 'service' has so many issues. Instead of responding to bad reviews to fix issues, maybe take the time and fix your service so you don't have to respond to bad reviews. Update: Customer service fixed my issue pretty quickly, so I updated my review from 1 to 4 stars specifically because customer service was so great.
SCAM. Impossible to activate the card. It says: "Invalid code. Please try again." or "We apologize. We have identified an error on our side. Please contact customer service at 833-409-4795." I called and same thing it ended up blocking my ip for 24 hrs they do this thinking people will just give up and never claim thier card its litterly a way to steal your money. Extremely shady tactics and I'll be reporting it to proper authorities. I'd highly suggest do not use them under any circumstances. They are intentionally stealing people money with games and it's not ok.
