Card declines on everything you try, called the number they said they blocked the card for trying to use PayPal and that they would issue a new card within 24 hours, it’s been 4 days. Likely a scam waiting for the cards to expire to keep the money
Very small amount of money, but not at all usable. Without showing me the full card information, I cannot use it anywhere! All I can see is the last four digits, no name, CVV, or any other ID is visible. There is no phone number, or Chat, or email for contact. I have to ask why would any law firm use this when it is patently obvious that the only one getting any benefit is myprepaidcenter.com!
Had this card for half a year. Tried many times to use it anywhere but it got declined EVERYWHERE. Even felt some sites blocked me for trying to use it. I paid $400 for their card and now it's EXPIRED WHAT???! Can't get in touch with their customer service either. This is insane.Will happily edit/delete this review if someone from MyPrepaidCenter is reading this and is willing to solve it.
Very disappointed with this company, I received the card by email and I activated but it’s not working when I’m trying to purchase something online and it’s not letting me add it to my Apple Pay. I don’t know what the reason is, there is no one to speak to and no email address to contact the company. Just ridiculous how this company works
Got our prepaid gift card from delta but it doesnt work anywhere!! Everytime it says declined, error, I got even Blocked from Amazon. I called twice!! Still doesnt work. Terrible Service. I want that my cards work its alot of money and they told us you can spend it everywhere visa is working.
How can they be issuing cards/financial tools with such low reviews. Despite having a comment/interaction here and an email the card is still in constant declines. Awful. These are my funds. I need a different card that works or a paypal. These are the worst functioning virtual cards and it never used to be so. Please fix it and get me my funds.
Every time I've tried to use my $50 gift card I got from my insurance company it declines. I've tried it at grocery stores, gas stations and I've tried to order online at Walmart and it declared. It expires in February and I'd really like to use it before it expires.
