i do not know how visa still works with these people, it has been 4 weeks and my issue regarding every payment being rejected, on any website, has not been solved. the last email i got from them has been 2 weeks ago, on january the 2nd, and since then, no other reply. i genuinely dont understand how for ex. g2a offers their services, or why does visa keep working with them.if anyone at BHN is seeing this, please help me fix my issue. my case number is CS11934821. regards

What a terrible company. I still have money on a card I can’t access! The original link they sent doesn’t work. I can’t log in. I can’t retrieve my password. I can’t get a human on the phone. There’s no email address. It’s designed to prevent you from using your card before it “expires” and they keep the value. Website is trash; constant errors.
Very useless cardi got 3 of these useless cards to use it with Skrill as a friend recommended it to me and he prooved that the card works and i got 1 it didn't work then i got the second and still didn't work then now i got the third and it's also didn't work and everytime i get this message:"Transaction failed - An error occurred with your 3D Secure authentication. Double-check the code sent by your bank to verify the transaction and try again. Alternatively, use a different card or another deposit method."i tried to use if with netflix i get this message "There appears to be a problem with the payment method you are trying to use."the goverment in egypt closed all international payments via our local payment cards so we search all the time for a solutions and i never ever recommend this BNH "myprepaidcenter" to anyone because you gonna absolutly lose your moneyand also they don't have any email or chat customer service they only have an international number to make a call and this mean more money loss :))stay away from this useless service and save every cent you have from spending on this cards
Bought a 1 bucks prepaid card for testing totally clueless. Went to redeem it but i got punched in the face with "Oops! There's an error on our side, please try again later." When i was still completely clueless about what i got myself into i registered an account in the hopes that it'll work, it didn't. To be completely fair after registration i couldn't even log in, it kept throwing an error too. After seeing the other reviews i don't even bother to reach out to "support". That 1 dollar does not worth this much effort. If it'll work in the future i'll be happy but not satisified at all. Regardless the outcome of this i'm surely wont buy a prepaid in the future that requires activation at them.
