First time i bought their card it work without any problemafter that everytime i buy a virtual card it may work or notthe only way you can spend these cards is google and the useless merchants they add on their website.it show error when i try to subscribe on NetflixShow error when i try to buy from G2AShow error when i try to use it via SkrillShow error with Epic games and SteamThis is a completely useless and waste of moneyi get everytime a message say double check code sent by your bank!!there's no Support and the only way to contact them is via international call and absolutely i will never call them and waste more money via phone call.when i tried to contact them via website it lead me to another website
EDIT (20 dec 2023) - Its working now, first i had an issue redeeming the code itself which randomly worked on Google chrome browser 2 weeks ago. Then i had an issue logging into my own account as it kept giving me an error, that was fixed 2 weeks later after i cleared my cookies & cache on Google chrome and tried logging in again. In the end my card did end up working, but it was a BIG hassle (took almost a whole month to get it). Me personally i wouldn't purchase again, but i thought i would edit the review to let everyone know how this issue was resolved.purchased a visa prepaid card from coinsbee.com for 450$, the code they sent me through email does not work at all and on myprepaidcenter.com redeem website it keeps saying oops there is an error. This issue has been going on since a week and no one was able to resolve it.I believe i have been scammed and urge everyone to stay away from this company, I have an ongoing case with myprepaidcenter.com which has not been resolved yet in a week, and if it does, i will update this review.really inconvenient, this was a gift from someone and i face these issues, cant even redeem the code to get my card, ridiculous.
Visa Debit Award CardWe received a prepaid visa debit award card with the $602.50, the card states funds do not expire however, the card expired 06/21. We had been trying to contact the company and were unsuccessful. Now it's December 2023, I was finally able to locate a working phone number and website for them. Upon contacting the automated line and entering my card information and a recording states that they do not issue replacement cards once the card expires. If the card says the “funds do not expire” then the funds do not expire, and a new card should be issued. This is a predatory and intentionally deceptive business practice. I originally wrote a review on ComplaintsBoard.com and Elena Q responded stating they had sent a DM via TrustPilot, however there in no DM at all. I questioned why they would DM on a platform other than where my complaint originated. I have decided to cross post my complaint on multiple platforms as the company is still being deceptive. Claimed loss: $602.50Desired outcome: Have a new card re-issued and all fees waived due to the deceptive business practices.
