SCAM that stole $900 from me. No access to funds.

I redeemed $900 in points from my company. Supposedly, they gave me cards, but there is no way to see the numbers. If I click to show the numbers, the stars turn into dots, NOT NUMBERS. If I download the picture... still dots. There is no way to get support without the card number and no way to get the card number without support. This is a scam, and I just lost $900. I should have gone with Amazon cards, like I did before, but I thought this would give me a way to buy groceries.

Gaysters, puss'asses and scammers give me my money back, I purchased two cards yesterday I tried to use them for online shopping I always get the message the bank rejected the payment I even tried to spent it in your affiliates store no one accepts it how are you not in jail with all the awful reviews you have and that are actually facts that you steal from people I added all the screenshots since I can't reply to your reply nor attach pictures here:https:// imgur.com/a/DQj6bbJSo that absolutely the whole world can see the proof that this review is geniune and they are warned about this fraudulent activity. I add to separate the link cause this site won't let me paste a link so just put the two parts together. Y'all stear clear from my prepaidcenter

myprepaidcenter.com is a scam committing FRAUD

months ago i had an issue with this company locking my prepaid card, they said they needed to investigate and further wanted more of mypersonal information. calls go to a third world country. investigation leads to funds being unavailble to use. again now i have another card from a settlement and it declines everywhere, the only place it shows funds is on the myprepaidcenter.com website all others show invalid card. this company is a SCAM and is commiting FRAUD! they need to be shut down and everyone needs to get their funds!

Frustrated

Update 11/18/24 @ 5:45 pm, replied to the mytrust email noted below and no response back from myprepaid center. Impossible to get a hold of anyone at the "Customer Service" line. Website incredibly slow and always "unavailable at the this time." My mastercard gift card was declined at 2 stores and there is money valid on it. I think i know the reason why, but i can't get anyone on the phone to fix it. Looked at the option to mail my card and the state is wrong. I know i clicked the correct state but the site is so slow that it selected the option after. So that could be the culprit....but not sure since i can't talk to anyone.

cards not working

I can't login and get this error "There was an error signing in. Please try again later."Also I have active my card but it not working.Update.....After some emails from support team, I could login via VPN, also I could use the card to buy something, but the card didn't work on almost USA website.Thanks trustpilot

First day of use and have only been able to use it once.

I tried to use it twice on PayPal, it worked only the first time. The second time I get a message saying is a problem from my prepaid debit card. Both accounts are US ones. Now I have over 100 USD that I cannot use. I tried to get in touch with customer support but finding an email or chat box has proved impossible.Update (11/15/24)After looking all the folders in my gmail account, I couldn't find any email from noreply.notifications(@)trustpilot(.)comI tried to do two PayPal transfer, only the first one worked. The second one got declined and gave me the same message:There’s an issue with this payment method. Contact your bank to get more details or use another form of payment.UPDATE (11/17/24)Never actually got the email to give/ask more information, but a couple of minutes ago I was finally able to do the transaction I wanted. Before I was able to do some transfers, I had issues with some accounts, still don't understand why or what happened, but at least now it works. Changing my rate from 1 to 3 because at least now I can use my funds.

THE WORST

THE WORST! AVOID AT ALL COSTSCan't get my cards to work and it's a hassle to contact anyone there, taking sometimes a week for a response. They lock the card and even access to their site if you try to add the card to google wallet. The card gets locked very easily and there is no notification that it was locked, but customer service will tell you so later. So I wasted my time trying to use it and even in stores with google wallet, embarrassing myself because it's declined. I hope this negative review will make them respond to me and help me before one of my cards expires. I've got almost $1000 USD in the cards. Gonna contact police soon as a last resort.UPDATE:Still no reply from themSECOND UPDATE:They asked me for the same information again, didn't answer my question, and of course didn't reply back the same day, so I will need to wait until Monday. Meanwhile one of my cards is going to expire soon. Very slow and tedious company to work with. Each representative doesnt read prior emails and has no idea what is going on and I have had to explain the problem over and over. Huge waste of time.THIRD UPDATE:It has been several days and still no response. This company is a scam company. They claimed many different things which locked my cards, none of which are true. The latest is that I accessed a spoof site, so they locked my cards again. Read the other reviews and not just mine, this company is terrible.FOURTH UPDATE:Card worked for a while to my surprise. I was even gonna update this review positively. But NOPE, out of the blue the cards both stopped working. It's been 3 days and no reply. They probably won't reply until at least Monday now. Incredibly slow responses from this company. FIFTH UPDATE:Well, they replied after 4 days, but didnt address my concern. They said one card was blocked because of something that we cleared up about 2 weeks ago. They said it was unblocked (I wrote about 2 cards not working). Anyways I went to a store and checked, but SURPRISE! Neither card works. Now I gotta wait 4-8 days for a reply and hope they actually read my message this time or ACTUALLY unblock the card. You never know with this company. If you love wasting time, get one of these cards.SIXTH UPDATE:They replied right away (probably because I posted here) and gave 2 new card numbers, gave the same excuse that I probably accessed a spoof site and not their real site (impossible, but anyways) and I tried to connect the new card numbers to google wallet, both failed to connect. What more would I expect. I counted how many emails I wrote them in the last 3 months, it has been 47 emails! 47 emails and still having problems and can't manage to spend the $1000 I have locked up in these cards.SEVENTH UPDATE:It has been a full 2 WEEKS and my cards were combined into one card but still doesn't work. No answers. Takes days to get a reply and it's always useless. I repeat THE WORSTEIGHTH UPDATE:It has been almost one month since reporting my cards suddenly unlinking from google wallet and the pathetic excuse for customer support has failed to figure out why, even though they said they are working "around the clock" to figure it out. I call BS. This is a SCAM company, nothing more.NINTH UPDATE:Absolutely the worst card out there. Basically given up on helping me and give the same useless suggestions now (which I already said wont work) Also, this card does not work with most retailers, when it does then you got lucky. The card is trash, just like this company. F- FAIL

Holding my funds hostage

i received my juul settlement payment as a virtual card but whenever i try and use it, its always declined even if i try and use the merchants that this website lists. Customer service was no help they hung up on me twice! this site is awful and should be avoided at all costs. at this point im just accepting that myprepaid center is keeping my money and i cant do a thing about it.

Unable to reedem code

I received several Master Card gift cards, I was able to access some of them, but I still haven´t been able to access the last $250 card. It´s been impossible to contact customer support, and when trying to redeem the code same message pops out:We apologize. We have identified an error on our side. Please contact customer service at 866-815-3034.It would be very much appreciated if someone contacts me back.
