Review Time
I really am getting impatient, I told them repeatedly that the replacement card that was to be sent via email hasn’t been received, they told be to check my spam folder but I already did and nothing was there? They aren’t replying to anything and I really need the gift card and I’m so fed up I might needa get the court involved for this.
I've been attempting to use my $100 virtual Promotional Visa card for several weeks now, and despite reaching out multiple times, I still haven't been able to resolve the issue. I've tried using every platform they mentioned, but the payment continues to be declined. Although they replied to my initial feedback, they haven't provided any follow-up or assistance since. I shared all the requested information and followed up via the email they provided, but I’ve had no success. This feels like a major scam. It seems like the setup is designed to scam customers, especially since the parent companies, Tango and Black Hawk Network, are involved.
Worst company. Easy money to them. Card only accepts 3 payments & after that got payment declined.Update :Company claims to send me mail to assist but i didn’t get any mail & my card is not working either. I would like to suggest everyone not to use this useless card service. They are just making easy money no support. No solution. Say no to MY PREPAID CENTRE ❌❌❌❌❌❌
