Repeating what another customer posted as I am experiencing the same thing!:"I had a prepaid virtual mastercard from this outfit, despite having "Funds do not expire" showing on the front of the card, the expiration date on the card has now passed and there seems to be no way to get a new card number. It's virtually impossible to get hold of them (no email or online support) and all their phone numbers as locked to a specific country (no help when you're calling from outside one of those).Looks like a total scam to block you spending your money!"I also should note specific to my personal experience, that when I did try to use it before it expired from a store that was on the list, it did not work!

I wrote a review. They replied giving me TWO days to contact them. Yes, Two days and today 4th day I can't reply back. As if I am sitting here scratching my xxx with nothing else to do. Thieves.I contact them earlier and set up a new password etc. and IT DID NOT WORK.These guys should be in jail - or Do they work out of Nigeria

I eventually found an international number having pawed through their privacy policy - but going through all the menus I just get silence.Looks like a total scam to block you spending your money!
