Zero stars. As others have said these cards basically can't be used anywhere. I got a $1500 rebate from a $20k ac purchase from home Depot and it's completely useless. Card got deactivated because I tried to use the card on Amazon. Prior to that I tried Safeway, target and best buy, all in person, none of them worked. Also tried buying shoes of hoka.com, didn't work. The only place I successfully found to work was at my vets. This company is complete garbage and is super shady. I would like access to my $1500. Of course you can't withdraw money from an ATM either. I was told "works anywhere debit is accepted" - that's a complete lie. Edit -No email received from company as stated in reply. No surprises there.
Like the other reviews said, the cards don’t work. I received a $25 gift card from Fetch and after trying to use it to pay my bills, at a gas station, at a grocery store, and numerous other places, I can confidently say it doesn’t work. It won’t even approve for amounts under $25. Went on their website and there’s no contact email, tried calling and got no answer. I’m so upset. It takes A LOT of time and effort being on reward sites. So much time wasted on a scam.
I was given an giftcard. When I go to the website to verify it, it sends the e-mail to a wrong e-mail. One that I do not own. Effectively sending this gift card redemption link to a random person. I'm not based in the US and don't want to call a toll number. There is no e-mail given/way to submit tickets on the website. Horrible.
Received a code for a $100 Visa Gift Card from MyPoints & upon entering a code on the MyPrepaidCenter website, I received an error & could not proceed. Now even visiting the MyPrepaidCenter website just triggers a "You have been blocked" message. There isn't even a customer service e-mail to contact, only phone numbers that I will not be calling.This was money I spent a lot of time earning so that I could buy Christmas presents for my family. $100 is a lot of money to lose to a scam website. Infuriating.Edit: The next day, I finally got the card to activate (without assistance), but was unable to view the card information again after leaving the site. Luckily, I screenshotted it so I had the info. When I tried to use it, it was rejected twice before finally being accepted. I would not recommend this service.
Impossible to join them when you are outside the US.Seems to be the only way to contact them since they do not have any chat or email.I redeemed a card of $100 but it is not on my account, now the code is invalid.I have also 3 others codes but I don't want to use them because I don't want to lose my money.Please help me to get my first card back, and can you please merge all cards in one ? 100+25x2+10My email is the same as my trustpilot account.I will remove my comment once it has been fixed.Thank you,Best
I recently purchased a card and typed in the wrong billing address. Trying to contact this company on the phone is a nightmare. 2000 Menus with different machines answering but not one single option that lets you talk to a human. No email on their website either.
