Worst Customer and Shipping ExperienceI ordered a lamp and don't seem to receive it. The tracking link does not work, literally no one is able to tell me when my parcel will arrive and my emails are ignored until someone pretends that they have just not arrived. The company also refuses to cancel my order and keeps the money. So, so, so bad!
Where to begin… Everything is fake. Take the one star reviews seriously before you order here!Company is not based in Amsterdam, even though they have it in their name. They say they ship through DHL: not true.They claim you get an instruction manual: not true. I didn’t even get a wire connector. The wires from the lamp are cheap made, very thin. Not recommended for safety matters.The lamp itself is not at all how it looks like in the photo’s! Very cheap rip off. The light bulb is plastic. And the most funniest part: it gives 3 different sort of lights every time you put the light on. From white light to warm light 🤣I want my money back and I’m sending back this fake lamp. Stop selling products that aren’t like the pictures, it’s misleading!

I had to file a PayPal dispute to get my money back.
Une arnaque, méfiez vous.Il y a plusieurs site internet construits de la même manière avec les modèles de lampes et au même design. Je me suis fait avoir. Si toutefois vous commander quelque chose sur ces sites, n'attendez pas un mois pour réagir en cas de non livraison. Je vous conseille qu'au bout de 3 semaines grand maximum, vous fassiez un signalement chez VISA ou MasterCard. Vous pourrez vous faire rembourser
