Review Time
All the bad reviews are true. It’s a Shopify storefront using fake images. They use AI tooling for ALL of their communication so the replies you get when you complain aren’t even real. The tracking is also fake. It's been 6 weeks and I still haven't received anything. It’s a beautifully crafted website created for entirely automated scamming.Update: The company has replied here, and if you run the reply through an AI detector you'll see that it too is written by AI. So very ironic. Avoid!
Do not order from here! Ordered something and that wouldn’t allow me to cancel. Lights were way cheaper elsewhere. Delivery takes forever and now they have £300 of my hard earned money and I have no clue when I will get it back. It’s been so stressful and completely ruined me moving into my new place because I need my money back and the fact they can’t just cancel the order and I have to wait forever to be delivered to then refuse the delivery , is insane. So upset with the service from this company. I should have done more research. An absolute mess
Mysalights delivered a faulty and damaged light shade. I decided to use the store credit from the damaged light shade and add some more to get a more expensive light.Due to the damaged one received previously I asked Mysalights to agree to refund me if I wasn't satisfied with the new shade. The did this, and I have an email in writing to this effect.When the time came, the new light shade looked nothing like the picture on their website. The style and shape was completely different, it was bulky, mis-shaped and uneven. The colour on the website was a lovely shade of bronze, but what was delivered was black and plastic. It is my belief that this company is using imagery from different designs, creating a poor copy and attempting to sell as the original.I can't add photos unfortunately but I wish I could share the differences from the website to what was delivered. Unethical company, please avoid and save your money, time and stress.
Scam. They claim products are designed in the Netherlands and made by artisans in Europe but the quality is terrible, products arrive damaged, and they look nothing like the photos. I tried tracing their address and their page says says New Mexico but the larger company is registered in the UK. Has all the elements of a scam....
Exactly the same experience as the vast majority of reviewers. Scam involving misleading delivery estimates, followed by the very late delivery of cheaply made rubbish that they then try to convince you to keep by offering discounts or requiring expensive returns to Amsterdam. AVOID!!!!Update: hilariously they reply as below, then in the background try to delete the review as harmful or abusive content. Please do avoid!!
Big Scam ! as mentioned in multiple reviews, they basically ship inferior products from china who end up having quality issues along with delivery problems.In my case only partial order was delivered. The lamp shade missing. You have to forget about the refund, The customer services reply very politely but it is all gimmick !Obviously like all reviews some one will add the default response to the review :-)Stay Away!
What an amazing experience from start to finish! Ordering is easy, great website!Item arrived quickly and very well packaged. Carrier informed me every step of the way. The moon item looks fantastic, great detail and once illuminated is just spectacular!! Very pleased with the item!Julie is a gem 💎
This company operates as a scam. The products they send you don’t ressemble anything like the photos advertised on their website. They are cheap knockoffs that are very poor quality. I wish I could upload photos to illustrate the joke of a product I received that was also scratched. I’m in the process of trying to return items and it’s evident a convoluted, slow returns process is part of their scammy practice. Dave yourself the money and hassle and DO NOT order from this company. Don’t let their reply fool you. I have requested to return my items- as per their stated returns policy- and they are saying they will only give me store credit or a new item, which based on my experience is obviously unacceptable.
Just AWFUL! Stay away from this company. The product is far inferior than the images on the website. The. When you try to return the product they try to negotiate partial refunds with you and will flat out ignore your request for returns information. We are on email 10 right now going back and forth trying to get a refund! Hopefully it will be resolved soon but I absolutely would categorically warn anyone to stay away from this company. Sub standard products and no desire to give you your money back!
