Stay away from this website. What a scam. The products are shipped from china and take ages to be delivered. The quality is very very poor, all plastic and cheap looking.It's a fuss to return, they try to offer you a refund of 25% if you keep the products, or 50% discount on your next order.
Scam! Giving 1 star as there is no option to give none. The light I ordered doesn’t look anything like the picture and when it arrived after nearly 3 weeks, it was broken! Won’t refund without paying further to ship, only option is to get another light free of charge and keep the broken one! That would be ok if the light was a good standard and looked like the photo! Don’t waste your money!
Reconsider before ordering. It’s a scam. 6 weeks wait on a product they’re sold out of. No option on getting your money back. But you’re more than welcome to use the money your spend on their webshop. You’ll even get to spend a bit more. It’s a literal scam. You won’t see your product or your money.Edit: The scammers responded to this and made refund. I’m apparently asked for information to let this stay My order is #2828 and as my title says please reconsider before ordering.
2nd Edit:They repeatedly offer 50% refund if I take down this review (to be paid once the review is deleted) and eventually stopped replying all together. No resolution from them. Edit:It has now arrived (3 weeks later) and is not safe or fit for purpose. It's described online as an outdoor light with used manual but there's no manual, no safety markings, no IP rating to confirm outdoor use. It has tiny wires with the ends exposed and no junction box. I have again requested a full refund and I can return the items at their expense but not my own - they are defective and unsafe. Definitely not as described or for for purpose.Original:I made an order October 23rd and sadly didn't check reviews before I did. It's now mid November, nothing has arrived. They provide two tracking links which gives different information so I have no idea where my package is. The Evri link shows no movement since October 31st and Evri are making Enquiries into the package being lost. Mysalights are not helpful at all and keep saying it's on its way but provide no evidence of this. I have my electrician booked but they won't be here in time or at all. Other reviews state it's bad quality but I obviously cant comment. I have been asking for a refund for days now as the lights are lost but they refuse to help. They are offering 10% off but I have no item??? I wish I never bought them. I spent £200 and they won't refund me and can't show any evidence of where the lights are but it's been 3 weeks so it's beyond a joke now. AVOID!
If I could give zero stars I would! After a long wait the light arrived so damaged that it could not be used. The company are incredibly reluctant to offer a refund and repeatedly make the process more difficult with each email. Please don’t respond advising to contact customer services… we have had regular emails with no support or help. Addendum added after reply from company - order under my husband’s email and name. Number #2768. Shocked that we have to pay for the return (to the Netherlands) even though I have provided photos of the significant damage to the lamp before it arrived with us. It is so dented and scratched that it is not fit for use. Will the refund also cover the cost of our return?
Well "very good experience" ...first of all "I had a warm feeling, when I saw the lamp that I initially wanted. So, that was a good sign".Warmth shows that there is competence and commitment behind that product.Then, as soon as I started to get in touch with the customer serice, I just realised: this was something else; I reckon, not only, because the person I've written with, was from the inner- team (so I understand at least) ...It was warm and interested and unusual for those days of speeding up; though keeping its focus.Back and forth, the emails, it was an unexpected pleasure to write with the lady: meaning "I value good customer service; because it too shows where the philosophy of the company lies; if product orientated with the heart" ... Thanks for this experience.
The lampshade I ordered, the wabi sabi ring light pendant looks nothing like the photo on the website, which I suspect has been photoshopped. Not only do the metal struts create a shadow on the shade, but the folds on the paper are irregular and very visible. Oh, and the shade took 5 weeks to arrive and was bent and distorted. Avoid this company. I've had the following reply from the company and I can categorically point out that there has been no attempt to contact me by email.We reached out to you via email immediately after seeing your review to address your concerns about the product's appearance and the condition it arrived in. We offered solutions to make this right for you, but unfortunately we haven't received a response yet.
In short: Not a complete scam but just shy of it.I should have checked the reviews here before ordering. 1. Everything the guys here are saying about the lamps you get not looking nearly as good as advertised? 100% true, which I guess is my bad for assuming the proper price means I get a proper product. This is why it is so critical for them to make it seem like the have a European brand and presence - look for similar lamps on Temu and Shein and will find them for a fraction of the price (which is what they're worth, at best).2. The "Free and Fast Shipping" per their website? Maybe it is if you live next to the Nanjing or so factory that calls itself "Mysalights". But if you're based in Europe, it will take weeks to arrive. Also tracking is a joke, as other reviewers already note. Also their customer service will pretend they have no idea why it takes so long and string you along - when the shipping labels clearly show that the first tracking number you got was bogus and it was only shipped weeks after your order was made. 3. If that's not bad enough, you also get the smell of freshly molded plastic that gets to fill the room that the unpacked lamp stays in for more than 5 minutes - reminds you of those orders you sometimes get where things are packed straight from the factory press preserving that odor. Disclaimer: For the ridiculously long delivery, they did offer to reimburse 15%. They offered further reimbursements which I declined.Lesson learned though, I will now always double check "European" sellers such as this one. Edit in light of the reply: If there was anything in my above review that wasn't accurate and well documented, you can imagine that Mysalights would have tried to get it taken down. Most recently, they reached out telling me my order was fully reimbursed (it wasn't, obviously) asking me to take down this review. You can trust the their 5 star reviewers on here who seem to be so happy with their plastic lamp that they go and write their only ever review. Or you can trust this and similar experiences.
