Won’t get money back on return-used in shipping

The pants had no elastic in them so they wouldn’t stay up. I went to return them and got 8% of my money back because they charged me most of the cost in shipping fees back!!! Awful product and company. Will never buy again!!!!!

This company is the worst

This company is the worst. I ordered shoes from this company and the size was too big and off. I went to return them and they charged me $100 in return shipping!!! I will NEVER order from this company again. Terrible to work with.
