Difficult experience with the customer service team. Eventually managed to post goods back as sizing is not as specified. The item was huge. No way of tracking your return/exchange online and slow response. Please be wary if this company who are clearly unable to manage basic exchange and returns of expensive goods online
Wouldn't recommend buying from them. Ordered some clothes for next day delivery, to take on holiday. When they didn't turn up that day I messaged their customer service and was told they hadn't even been sent out yet. I asked them to just cancel the order then, as I'd be going away, and they refused - sent the clothes out anyway (late), and now I have to figure out how to return them for a refund, plus pay their return charges, while I'm abroad. Even if the skiwear's great, not worth the hassle of buying from them direct.
Great but could do with more stretch to the fabric and would be more preferable to buy top and bottom separately. Nearly hyperventilated trying to get the top on and off as there is so little stretch.Update. The company tried to have my comment removed for being ‘defamatory’ which wasn’t upheld by Trustpilot. Instead of viewing it negatively, maybe take on board the aim which was constructive advice. Many would appreciate the option to buy the top and bottom separately as many have different sizes on their upper to lower body ratio or reverse
These pants are not sewn well at all at the side color seams. When you put them on, the seam starts separating and ripping everywhere you grab them to pull them up. They fit me perfect, so this is not happening because they are too small. They just need a double seam stitch at all stripe seams. Very disappointing because they are so cute.
When you need a bit more space to carry the lip balm (and hip flask!!!) I purchased the bag to compliment my ski suit as it doesn't have quite enough pockets for me. It looks gorgeous but is also a perfect size that it doesn't get in the way. Great zip for easy access to the phone, lip balm and hip flask. The adjustable strap can also be removed and the bag attached to the strap on the ski suit.
