The sizing of the ski suit I ordered was truly so far off. I’m a size 8-10 uk and ordered a size L from my Sunday ski so I could layer underneath with extra room with a comfortable fit. The size L is listed as a size 12-14 uk on their size chart and I simply could NOT get it zipped up. It was beyond tight and just impossible to make work and even if I had got it zipped up would not have been suitable to actually ski in. This was also the largest size so I didn’t have the option to size up again if I had wanted to. Not sure if this is partially due to me being tall (I’m 5’9) but it’s such a shame as it was a beautiful suit and clearly very high quality. But clearly runs about 3 sizes too small and this seems evident from the website as only the size L is sold out (which is very unusual).
My daughter’s ski jacket cost £330. After four days of skiing the zip became faulty. I contacted My Sunday Ski who refused to exchange, refund or repair. Beware, these sisters are selling low quality products for a high price tag! Will not purchase again or recommend.
One month on from my return and I am still owed €84.70 for return shipping labels which I did not use. I got advice from the company via email before doing my return, as I wanted to use my own cheaper shipping method instead of using their return labels priced at £70 (€84.70) in total. They advised that if I did not use their labels I wouldn’t be charged for them, but I have been charged and now when emailing the company to resolve this, nobody is responding. In full - I am an overseas customer and I noticed that the company was set up well for overseas orders with items listed in € and free delivery to the EU, but that’s where it ends as the company’s ‘subsidised’ return labels, which you are encouraged to use are £35 each, meaning my return in total would cost me £70 (€84.70) as I placed 2 orders. I understand that the company outlines in their T&Cs that returns are not free, however this does not necessary justify the cost of the returns that the customer is then responsible for, especially as I found that I could send both items back with the Dutch equivalent of Royal Mail (PostNL) - fully legit, tracked, insured up to €5500, signed for etc for just under half the price at £34.12. I emailed the company to ask them how to go about registering my returns in this case, as their returns portal automatically deducts the cost of their own return labels from your refund amount. They advised me that I register the returns on the portal as normal and I would only be charged for their labels if I actually went ahead and used them. I wrote back to confirm if I’d understood correctly and they wrote back to say that I had. I have now received my refund but the €84.70 for return labels, which I did not use, has still been deducted. I have since emailed twice to request the money back but no one is answering me, it feels like I’m being ignored. I will have to go to an ombudsman if the refund is not paid back in full as agreed.
Did not know products shipped from UK. They want over $50 shipping to return a single item which is a Large but way too small in the bust. That is almost half the cost of the item lost in shipping. They don't have a bigger size to exchange it with. Daylight robbery will never order from them again. Very upset. Updated: In response to the company's reply, I did not say the company would benefit from the shipping costs, but if a bigger size is not available or a return is required for another reason it should be made clear that INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING COSTS WILL BE AT CUSTOMERS EXPENSE FOR RETURNS and I can guarantee you will lose most of your US business. This is NOT made clear. Ironically, I am British and was in the UK when this product was delivered to my US address. I wish it had arrived sooner and then I could have dropped it off in the UK myself.
