cheap materials for that price, late delivery and high costs for returning

late delivery, cheap package and poor materials. Style was really cute, but finishing and materials are cheap, I'd spend not more than 30 GBP instead of 110 GBP for this kind of products... Furthermore also sending back products will cost me 36% of value of the product, 40 GBP, that i will lose... i don't understand how is it possibile i bought from their site, don't buy it's my suggestion.

Love the styles but the sizing chart…

Love the styles but the sizing chart does not properly reflect actual sizing. I also am missing an item in the shipment (shows shipped but not in the box) and am still waiting to hear back after emailing twice before sending back the items that did arrive and don’t fit. I want to make sure I get credited for this mistake. Please email me back so I can honor the return deadline.
