Can you explain exactly how are you supposed to ascertain if an item is fit for purpose (in this case it was wholly inadequate in both texture and ‘feel’ for £25 of my hard earned money). I think it’s fair to expect an item of value, warmth and half decent quality for that sum? I think items that are deemed insubstantial should be able to be returnable within the week of delivery. When clearly obvious it is unworn, untouched and barely opened. This is not only a waste of time & money but I’m disappointed in the lack of customer support. It is Interesting to note you seen quite capable of responding on this platform but failed to respond to my email? Leopard print gaitor & neck protector. Appalling quality - really thin, flimsy and ‘cheap’ feeling. Expensive for what is offered. Also, be warned…. you can’t return it if you don’t like it - utter waste of money.
The sizing is completely wrong on the website. I even checked in the chat but was given rubbish advice. The quality of the jacket was also poor. Not suitable for ski for sure. You then have to pay to return. Not your fault but royal mail lost the parcel for a week but I had to chase for help. Hopefully I will get a refund soon but the whole experience has been awful.
I returned my ski pants and reached out about the exchange. I heard nothing back. I then asked about when I could get my exchange item as I needed it for a trip. I was not responded to .I then followed up after I know that they received my exchange and I have heard nothing.
And if you make a return, they’re going to charge you $20 to send it back. The sizing seems a little off. I’m 5’4”, 135lbs and size 6(US). For same size girlies, I recommend an a M/L rather than XS/S. Also for anyone in the US, there’s a foreign transaction fee.
I bought a thermal set in sage green online on Black Friday for £75 I was umming and arring about it because its a lot of money b ut I'm so glad I did, they are so flattering, feel very good quality and well made. They came quickly. They fit well. Generally very good experience!
