Avoid at All CostsI rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with this clothing company was so disappointing that I feel compelled to warn others.I ordered a ski jacket that looked great online, but what I received was nowhere near the advertised quality. The material felt cheap and flimsy — definitely not worth the price. The pocket zippers were a nightmare, getting stuck on material so that they were useless and inoperable.Unfortunately, the customer service was just as bad. When I reached out to explain the issue, they were dismissive and refused to take any accountability. I was told I would have to pay upwards of $70 to return the faulty jacket. In the end, I had to go through my credit card company and file a claim just to get my money back. It should never have come to that.Save your money and shop somewhere that actually values quality and customer satisfaction.
