Received wrong size and no follow-up

They sent me the wrong size and haven’t responded to any of my emails. I’m unsure what to do now since there's no phone contact. This has been the worst experience I’ve ever had with a brand, especially at this price point.

Incorrect Sizing

I ordered the Perfect Ski Pants. I already have them in 3 different colours and love the fit. When this pair arrived, they are way bigger than all my other pairs, even though they are the meant to be the same size. I don’t know if they have been mislabeled or whether the sizing has changed. Either way, these pants are too big. I have emailed customer services and haven’t had a response.

The quality of the apparel is amazing

The quality of the apparel is amazing. The reason that I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that I am going to need to exchange the ski pants for a bigger size. The size chart is not accurate, according to the chart I would wear an extra small; the ski pants run extremely small and I am going to need to size up 1 or 2 sizes. The ski suit I ordered did fit and was accurate in sizing.
