From the initial contact, the service was exceptional, providing timely updates on the arrival time. The engineer arrived the same day and was fantastic, even accommodating an additional repair at the last minute without any issues. Disappointed with the service and outcome

I now feel that despite having a local number, this seems to be part of a larger national issue. After moving and inheriting a washer dryer, I found it noisy but manageable, although the dryer was non-functional. I contacted the support team, which I regret, and scheduled a service visit for £104. The technician quickly determined that the bearing was worn and the dryer thermostat had failed, then left. I received an email stating it wasn't worth repairing and suggested purchasing a new unit. The drum noise was tolerable, and we continued using it. When I inquired about fixing the dryer component, the technician mentioned the part was inexpensive, but they refused to repair anything, claiming they couldn't leave the machine faulty. It felt like their primary goal was to collect the £104 callout fee. I recommend finding another service provider and checking reviews before deciding. It's disappointing to see a lack of genuine support from the company.

Service engineer's initial work led to issues

While the service engineer arrived on the same day, his initial actions resulted in the machine leaking onto the floor, as he failed to use the drain tube before removing the filter. After taking his £80 fee, he left to find a new PCB. The next day, he called back with a higher quote and a six-day wait time, even though the part is available online for next-day delivery at a lower price. We decided to purchase a brand new washing machine, which, while more expensive, includes an extended warranty. I am left feeling that the engineer was content to do little more for his payment.

Unqualified Service and Long Wait

The technician arrived and seemed unfamiliar with the ice maker. I had to assist him with online videos to access it, which he still struggled with. He quickly diagnosed an incorrect issue with the motor (which later produced ice). I had explained to the company that the problem was the ice cube holder freezing over, leading to a mess. He promised to return with a quote for a new unit, but two weeks have passed with no follow-up, despite my attempts to reach out. I paid £108.00, and this feels like a complete scam as he clearly lacked the qualifications for the job.

Great Experience with Appliance Repair Service

This is my second experience with the service. The first was for a dishwasher repair, which they successfully fixed, and now my washing machine needed attention. After a quick phone call, they scheduled an appointment that worked for me, and I received a time slot on the day of the visit. The technician communicated with me about being late, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the drum was completely detached, so it couldn't be repaired, but I still highly recommend this service for appliance repairs. I believe the call-out fee is fair.

Lack of Communication After Booking

After receiving the initial confirmation email for my booking, I did not hear anything more. Exceptional service from start to finish!

Right from the start, I interacted with a friendly, professional representative. Arrangements were made for a technician to come by, and he arrived on time. The issue was identified swiftly, and although he didn't have the replacement part immediately, a follow-up visit was scheduled. Once again, the technician was prompt and carried out the repair efficiently and in a timely manner. He left everything neat and tidy upon completion. To top it off, he even provided a pack of descaler after finishing the job. Truly impressive service!

Completely unacceptable service.

Completely unacceptable service. An engineer was sent to my home, and I use the term 'engineer' very loosely. He spent less than a minute in my house, declared my fridge broken, and charged me 80. He refused to examine it due to a chemical smell, which I had already communicated in detail. Despite this, they still sent someone out. When I questioned the 'engineer,' he dismissed the support center as incompetent, leading to a wasted 80 this morning. I requested a refund, but they told me to go away. Unbelievable.
