Mistakenly thought these people could help with my washing machine repair. They just farm out your job to another cowboy company, who presumably are so useless, they can't get their own business. Unfortunately, my job was allocated to Top Freeze, who also should be AVOIDED. Their 'engineer' stayed 5 minutes, told me I needed a new circuit board and Top Freeze called the next week to tell me the part would cost £341. Stupidly, I paid them for it. I later found out that Miele charge £221 for this! End of the story is, a second engineer discovered the machine wasn't faulty after all, it was a problem with the wall socket. So I wasted close to £450 on a callout assessment and a part I never needed. No apology from either company, no offer of a refund, in fact no one even took my phone calls, what a surprise...Not!Impossible to speak to anyone at NAC to make a complaint. No one at the end of the phone, an AI bot on the 'chat' that promises to escalate your issue and then you hear Nothing more. It is probably the same inhuman tech that churns out the response to these reviews and look at how many bad ones there are! They don't get read, as they don't care what the customers think. The 5 stars are probably written by the AI bot too.They should be shut down. I have had the misfortune of dealing with 2 cowboy companies - NAC and Top Freeze. Unscrupulous and uncaring. AVOID both of them

A poor experience

A poor experience. Not a helpful engineer. Somebody from A-tech. We had a faulty microwave, were told that the magnatron was dirty - gave a parts quote of £438.50 - for our microwave! Then said you must pay £80 now for the callout charge and within 5 minutes was gone!Avoid!
