Do not waste your money or time with this company

If I could give no star's then this would be what I would be giving for the overall service received via the fridge engineer. The website was easy to book an appointment and they came out pretty quickly to look at the fridge issue on the Monday morning, took the call out money and then nothing. No communication from the fridge engineer for the rest of that day even though I rang and then rang again the next day, had one text after me ringing a couple of times later saying they are struggling to get the part and then nothing. No communication, does not answer phone and heard nothing since even after leaving voicemail on the Friday of that same week. Another week later and still had no further communication. Disappointed with the lack of communication and poor customer service. Would not waste your time.

Professional service from start to finish.excellent communication regarding appointment times. Taylor the engineer was very knowledgeable and diagnosed the problem. Parts were ordered in good time and full repair completed to get our range cooker back working. Very tidy too. Would definitely recommend this firm and use again.

Good communication

Good communication, Haydn diagnosed the problem but then doubled checked our fridge freezer and found that the compressor also had a problem, so thanks to him we didn’t have the initial problem fixed as the fridge freezer would have failed anyway. Thanks again for saving us money on repairs.

Effective service for washer repair

My Neff washer dryer started leaking and showing an error code. NAC were very helpful over the phone, and arranged an engineer to visit promptly. He found the leak, ordered a replacement part, and came back a few days to fit it. The total cost was very reasonable and the appliance is now working fine.

It was easy to book an appointment. I was contacted by the engineer who asked what the problem was and told me what time he would be there on said day. He turned up and found the problem and fixed it straight away. I was very impressed with the service and would use them again.
