Probably the easiest booking made

Probably the easiest booking made. Gino the engineer was on time helpful and honest with the repair and explained everything clearly he informed that it might not work but was worth trying. Unfortunately we did end up having to get a new washing machine. But will definitely use again if needed in future as service was 5 stars and both Gino and rob made the process simple plus no hidden costs always a bonus.

Please look at the one-star reviews for this company — they all tell the same story:It’s very easy to schedule an appointment and someone arrives quickly. They’ll tell you they’ve fixed the issue and take payment. But if the issue persists, contacting them afterward becomes almost impossible. The engineer disappears, there’s no communication, and the company relies on an AI web chat system that prevents you from speaking to a real person.This is a terrible business. Avoid them at all costs.

My oven stopped working on Sunday…

My oven stopped working on Sunday evening and by Tuesday it was fixed and working again. I was delighted to have it fixed so quickly.Jason was excellent and I would recommend both NAC and Jason for a fast, no hassle repair.
