Review Time
Long story short, I ordered a case, but it was cancelled when I tried to amend the delivery. I sent them an email when it did not arrive and the case was reordered by their team. However, I was charged again (charged twice for one order). Will, the man I was in contact with, apologised, refunded me completely and even sent out a free bottle for all the hassle. If every company had a customer service approach like NakedWines did, there'd be no negative reviews anywhere ever. They've bought my loyalty for years to come, simply with their courtesy!
Recently ordered for the first time, everything was exactly how I expected and delivery within the 2hr time slot allocated, I even chose the day I wanted wine delivered. I have no complaints at this point and will be continuing my membership and orders, thank you Naked Wines.
I would love to write a review of my wine but despite it being due for delivery 4 days ago and I still don't have it. When I contacted them they blamed Yodel despite the fact it had not yet left their warehouse which I discovered in one of their apologetic but useless follow up emails. No real reason given for this abysmal service. I will be going back to Virgin wines.
I have been a Naked Wine angel for nearly 7 years. Up until recently I have been more than satisfied with NWs wine and delivery.However Yodel the delivery company are worse than hopeless.My latest order was due for delivery on Wednesday. Whilst I had an email saying it had been delivered. It was not delivered to my address. I contacted Naked Wines who said that the case had been delivered and it was on my driveway “behind a broken tree” from where I could retrieve it.Sadly the drivers photograph shows someone else’s house and driveway. I contacted Naked wines again providing a photograph of my actual driveway and house. I’m still waiting for a response.
Negative stars! Their $100.00 voucher is way to get your email. Then they make you take a survey which is a hassle and nowhere on the voucher it says take a survey to redeem. The phone numbers are invalid which we all know its an excuse to not answer from all the people that complain. Just stay away.
I can hardly believe these negative reviews on Trustpilot. My experience has been five stars for quality, price and delivery. For customer service I would give 6 stars if it were available and I have been with them for 5 years using the Genie ordering system.
I have been with naked for about 8 years. Don't know if it is a change of staff or procedures but this last year has been quite poor in terms of service. Latest order is stuck in warehouse and previous four out of five deliveries were short, although charged for. Maybe getting too big and can't cope?.
