Firstly, if you are wanting to cancel your membership an email isn’t sufficient, you have to send 100 for some reason. I cancelled my membership, they confirmed to me that my banking details had been removed on 15th September, I then kept receiving emails saying the payment had failed which was confusing because why was a payment even attempted when my subscription was cancelled. They successful took another payment of £25 on 30th September after various confirmations my subscription had been cancelled. I have emailed and sent a message via Instagram asking to please cancel and return the payment, shock there is no response!!!!
I have been using Naked wines for a few years. It's great and I'm so glad I became a member. A lot of the wines are better than what you find in the supermarket plus you get to learn much more about the winemakers and sometimes even meet them at events. I'd highly recommend joining as a member if love a good bottle of wine.
I received a box of wine as a birthday gift but with no card or any idea who sent it , I really need to say thank you to someone so I tried to talk to naked wines , robot answered, no email , no response, I emailed , no response, I sent a picture of the label , nothing , no one got back, now someone will be hurt I didn't respond to the gift , naked wines suck !!!!!
Initially awful customer service, the chat is automated and tells you that lines are closed even though its 10am on a Tuesday. Emails aren't responded to and telephone not answered after 30 minutes of ringing. Received an email in response to my complaint which was resolved in a very efficient and pleasing way.
Sadly I had to give this amateur company one star they couldn’t care less about customer care they do t have the courtesy to reply to emails to quote them they say someone will reply within 72 hours trust me 7 days later I’m still awaiting a reply please avoid these rip off bandits at all costs try Virgin or Laithwaites
Excellent communication. After my initial offer I realised that I would prefer to choose my own wines. I emailed the company and shortly after got a message on my answer machine. I called back and spoke to a lovely lady (Emma or Emily?) She talked me through some options that might suit me and I opted to go for the 'angel' account which suits me better. The company are happy to credit your account if you are not happy with any of the wines you have bought. So far so good. I have just ordered another 12 bottles.
