Due to a late flight arrival we arrived at your coach very tired and not exactly happy !. Your driver was what was needed to mellow the mood. Helpful and pleasant despite the late hour. the coach itself was as expected, modern and comfortable
Unlike other coach services, National Express has never cancelled. And some of their rides are actually very affordable. They offer a lot of routes which is really helpful as a student whose family lives on the other side of the country. Much cheaper than trains. Just a little slow is all.
Im happy with the service in general. The Bus conditions are nice and the seats are comfy. The rides are smooth so much so that you fall asleep. The bus drivers are polite and the staff is helpful you can ask them to direct you and they do so without complaint
