Review Time
The coach for our journey from Southampton to London had an out-of-order toilet which fortunately did not bother us. There was also no bin bag available for our used water bottles - a minor problem I must admit but surely someone could have located some sort of garbage bag. Our coach from London to Edinburgh was not particularly comfortable, I was cold for the whole journey. We were very late arriving in Edinburgh, I did not check but must have been over 30 minutes late with no word of apology or acknowledgement of late arrival from our driver. We have travelled with National Express on many occasions and always been satisfied with your service. It was unusual for us to have an uncomfortable experience, but as you asked, I feel I should reply! We are going back to Edinburgh on National Express again later this month - I am sure we will have a better journey.
