Nice regular coach service to airport. Only issue is that when I arrived at the Stansted stop I joined the designated queue for coaches towards Stratford and Liverpool hoping to get on the coach to Stratford that was boarding. I waited a while in the queue before the people in front of me told me they were waiting for the next coach that goes to Liverpool street and let me in front of them. By the time I had made my way to the front of the queue, passing all the people waiting for the Liverpool street service, the coach had left (and wasn't full). This could have easily been solved by having a separate queue for people going to each destination. If I had been in a queue just for Stratford I would have been able to board the first coach and the coach I eventually got on that stopped at both Stratford and Liverpool Street wouldn't have been overbooked.
The National Express App is helpful, but it can be hard to use. It is good for checking bus times and keeping tickets on your phone. This makes travel more convenient. However, the app has too many steps, and some buttons are confusing. For older users, it can feel complicated. The app also freezes at times, which is stressful when you need your ticket. The app would be better with simpler screens, bigger text, and faster performance. Clearer instructions and more reliable notifications would also help.I am82yo
