Horrible experience in Next bluewater

Horrible experience in Next bluewater. Disabled alarm went off and nobody went to check the alarm went of for like 15 minutes and no staff came to check. Untidy change room.

Return is not free. I dont recommend it at ALL

This company is terrible. They misled us by presenting as a Swedish website, but they actually ship from Germany. I bought an item for 700 kr and had to pay 200 kr to return it. While this is mentioned in their return policy, it's easy to overlook because their site resembles those of companies like Boozt and Zalando, which offer free returns. In my opinion, this is deceptive. I do not recommend this company at all.

EXTREME RETURN COST

Bought a dress and it was way to big, not size true. Walked to my post office to return it and the return lable didn´t even work. The dress was 1200 SEK and they wanted me to pay 400SEK in return cost!! Insane!!

Can't pay by voucher!!

I was given a £25 gift voucher for Next - added all my shopping to the basket and when i went to check out - no option for pay by gift card. I called Next and spoke to a useless guy on the phone who wasted 20 minutes of my time and in the end told me he couldn't accept the voucher either. The first thing i mentioned to him was i have a gift card i wanted to redeem. So after a long 20 minutes on the phone, i went back to the website - opted for a store collection and then the option for voucher came up! Why is it this option isn't given all the time? For a chain as big as Next isn't able to offer 'pay by voucher' regardless of home delivery or store collection. Now i have to take time out of my working day to go to the store to pick up my order! Absolutely ridicules - why have an online presence if you can't offer what the customer needs!!

We purchased Erin 3 seater with 2 cushions on its 10 months old and we need the foam from inside the cushion replaced as no mater how many times you plump them up you sit on it and you sit in a hole it's absolutely awful have taken seats to upholstery shop they said its the foam used it's bits of cut up foam in a bags .Really disappointed in the sofa and paying 1400 is not cheap unfortunately the filling is we did what was suggested to plup it up and remove from cover we have done this ,it did look good unfortunately it's not that good when you use it

I bought a jumper at the beginning of this year 2024 .I wore it once both decided I didn't like it and it was passed its return date .So I tried to sell it on vinted .As I had only worn it once I didn't look closely at it but although someone bought it the sale was cancelled because they found catches on it .I found the quality on next jumpers to be poor before and despite the prices charged .Therefore I will not be buying their jumpers again .The jumper was about £30 so I wasted my money !!

Warning! Returns are too expensive

Warning! Next doesn’t have free deliveries, meaning that the cost for sending anything back is around 30€ (300 skr). They force you to send the parcel with express also so it will be more experience for you, Don’t buy anything from this crappy company ever!
