Brought a new sofa organised delivery but the sofa never got into our home although we have a tight door entrance if they had of vertically positioned & pivoted the sofa they would of got it in, we recently had a massive fridge freezer delivered, the options we were given from the delivery driver was to take our door off or take our front window out or they would be happy to just leave it in the street,Thankfully we found Sofology who will & can remove part of the sofa arms & then refit once in our home if the can’t get the sofa in but this issue was preventable this was nothing more than obstructive unhelpful attitude, also we had to still pay for failed delivery of cost at £15.
...I had a bit of an issue with a faulty item from my recent order at Next—never the best, is it? But their customer service, especially Sally, was on it. They arranged the return, processed the refund, and even sent me a little something as a gesture of apology. Nothing that a bar of chocolate can’t sort out nicely! It’s refreshing to see a company that genuinely wants to make things right. Thanks, Next (and Sally!), for turning a mishap into a smile.
I went into NEXT Gallagher, Cheltenham. Asked to try on some shoes, she gave me two right shoes, so I had to pay for a pair to be sent and have delivered to the shop. A confirmation of the order came but tagged onto the price was another five pairs and another £170.00 for five pairs of size 5 shoes which weren’t even my size. I rang to complain but all fell on ‘deaf ears’. So in the end I went back to the shop and saw the Manager, Mike, who rang from instore to customer service and put my position forward, I received acknowledgement and my shoes arrived but nothing about the other £170.00 worth tacked on to my order not even the five pairs of shoes. He apologised to me profusely, and by the time I had got back home I got from NEXT Customer Service ‘Sorry for the hassle’ and a refund. SO A BIG THANK YOU TO MIKE THE MANAGER FOR LOOKING AFTER ME IN A VERY PROFESSIONAL MANER BECAUSE WITHOUT YOU IT WOULD HAVE FALLEN ON ‘DEAF EARS’.
Next sofa.. had my sofa 2 years and it’s beyond uncomfortable the seats have sunk so you can feel the wooden frame. Next customer service rubbish, they send a company out to review and then say it’s wear and tear. Absolutely ridiculous for a leather sofa to be so uncomfortable and no seats to sit on comfortably. Been told now nothing they can do. Thanks you have taken my money and given me the worst goods and service ever.
If they don’t have a cafe, Exeter for example, they don’t have any toilets. For a store supposedly providing quality and customer service a very poor thing. I was directed to John Lewis, through 2 sets of traffic lights, it was pouring with rain but ok for me just glad I was not in a wheelchair!
Have been sent on a trail all around the midland for a pair of trousers that the shops have said are in but when we've got there they're not. Rubbish IT system, poor customer service. Can't save a product, you just have to go to a shop and hope they're in stock which in our case it wasn't. Spend days and mileage trying to get a pair of boys trousers. Fuming is not the word
Order in my profile is in status created even though I got the items already. Wanted to return an item, instructions are unclear that e.g. the barcode is not supposed to be scanned. A return to Germany (yes, they send from Germany and that's also where the returns go) costs you an arm and a leg (240 SEK if you want to have it traceable) Stay away from them. If you like their cloths you can buy those from Zalando too, but it's cheap stuff that lasts maybe a season, never again!
I keep on having to return clothes as they will not fit properly.I ordered a pair of trousers and two in the same size arrived which is frustrating!I'm a 12 at biggest and with my tiny waist and slim legs, I shouldn't have had a problem getting into the trousers. They were way too tight round the waist.I think the sizing is incorrect as I can fit into size 8 or 10 with other clothes.
I ordered some flowers for £23 (for myself luckily) supposedly in a glass vase. No indication on the website of the size of the arrangement but assumed that it would be a reasonable size for £23.Never assume! The whole arrangement was barely 8 inches tall and less than 6 inches wide and the vase turned out to be a jam jar! I’d have been so embarrassed if I’d sent this to someone as a gift. Not impressed.
