Received the wrong product

I’m in the UK and received the wrong product - I ordered Grivel Gzero Ice axes and received a completely different axe. I ordered from Hardloop so that I can use the ice ace for a climbing trip that I would be making in the next days and now it is impossIble, thanks to them sending the wrong item. Also I sent a request to refund the VAT that I paid originally since I was made to pay it again in the UK, but I haven’t received any response yet.

Very disappointing and hard to believe…

Very disappointing and hard to believe this is a real online store because first it took more than a month to deliver my shoes, than there was a delay which I was not informed about, than they had to reorder it with the supplier and now they said the package was lost at the delivery service, which was more than a week a go. I dont believe I will ever receive my shoes. Now I feel like its a fake website and my money will be gone. Horrible company.

Wait for a month, terrible service

Ordered shoes on the 03th of july. They were supposed to ship on the 23th. I reached out to to the store on the 24th and wait for 3 days for them to tell me that they dont have the shoes, and they will ship them a week later. A week later i have to reach out again. And simply get the same reply that they dont have the shoes. I decided to cancel my order and buy them somewhere else. They next day you ignored my email and ship the shoes. Now i have two pairs and your customer care told me they would send me a return label which i still have not received.
