Overall I have a good experience with the shop, assortiment and quality of clothes and shoes I’ve ordered. I also liked their support service, fast and adequate response. The only thing in my experience so far mand gut be improved is to inform clients if a delivery is delayed, because something is not in stock or whatever. It is good to know what to expect.

Their prices are much better than buying directly from the brands, and their sizing guidance for each brand is clear and reliable. Product descriptions are detailed and helpful.Delivery times were efficient overall. One jacket required about a month to arrive, but this was clearly indicated in the product listing, so there were no surprises.Customer communication can be a bit slow (+/- days for a response), but when I contacted them about a purchase, they were professional and provided all the necessary information. The return process was also well-organized: I received clear email updates at every step, and my refund was processed correctly within about 20 days.Additionally, they use Alma, a payment system far superior to Klarna, which allows purchases to be split into up to four installments.Overall, I highly recommend this company.
