I haven’t received my package after 18days of purchase. I’m still waiting. There was a mistake on package delivery provider. They don’t have my address at all? In the purchase order I see my address is correctly filled in. I had to contact hardloop and the delivery provider. I am still waiting for my package. I think this is cumbersome process
In a nutshell: My package got lost and they refused to refund me until their delivery company (DPD) found out what happened. This took more than a month to resolve and is illegal according to Dutch law and EU law, which states: The seller is responsible for the delivery, not the courier. That means: If the package never arrived, the seller must refund or replace it- Even if the courier lost it.- Even if the courier hasn’t confirmed the loss yet.- Even if the courier hasn’t returned the package to them.- This is stated in Dutch Civil Code (BW), Article 7:9 and 7:11: The seller bears the risk until the product is delivered to the consumer.Moreover, their rating on Google was 1.9 stars (indeed, I should have checked it before purchasing), and it is now closed, which means either the business closed or they did not like the feedback they were receiving.
