Review Time
I got the desired item - which is what matters - but the tracking process of the parcel and subsequent handling by local delivery partner - in Netherlands, DPD, was problematic. There was a mismatch between online data stating that the parcel was delivered to a pickup location and it actually being there (it was not). 4 days later it showed up on other pickup location and I was able to retrieve it. I contacted Runloop (but had not feedback) and DPD which also did not help. It is unclear if any of the two contributed to get this solved but in any case I had no feedback. I understand this is not Runloop fault (except perhaps replying my contact form), but nevertheless its their delivery partner in fault. So I am happy with the purchase, the price, and the product - but advise improving the delivery service.
I have not received my package and its not clear where it is. The delivery site shows bo updates on information regarding my package. I have contacted hardloop through a delivery form, no answer at the moment. I will update this review if smth changes.
Ordered a pair of mountaineering gloves. Got a message about a week later that the gloves were completely out of stock. A week later? Why a week later? They sent me a 10% off coupon to "make up for this". 10%? I can get this anywhere. Sent them a review about this issue, no reply. They do NOT care about their customers.So nice that I have to find an alternative to this now only 2 days before my mountaineering trip! Thanks!
I ordered some gloves on 11/01/2026, but they have never been delivered and the customer service does not reply to my questions. They asked me to send a DPD form filled in, which I did but it's more than 20 days that they don't give any feedback. Terrible customer service.
