We ordered two large Dakine travelbags. One was not possible to deliver and received my money back very soon. Second bag well arrived and all in good order. Logistics from France to NL took longer than expected, but overall very good communication and service.
I ordered on 1 nov. and the delivery was estimated 17-18 nov. Then I get an email which says the delivery was failed because of a wrong address. But i checked and i did put in RIGHT address. Also it is unclear which company is responsible. Chronopost or DPD. I tried to contact Chronopost but I did not get any answer and DPD said to contact Chronopost.More people seems to have this problem. I hope Hardloop, Chronopost and DPD can solve this.
