Products as promised. Return (of a too large product) was a bit of work, but went well. You do have to buy a smaller size again, send back the primary product and get your money back, instead of direct return and exchange.

Very nice products. I wasn’t sure because they were on sale if it’s the same as original, but yet yes. Very very pleased with my purchase. The customer service was quick to response once you message them from your account, so no issues here. Delivery quick and smooth.

AVOID, AVOID, AVOID! Misleading website!

Hardloop's website clearly stated that prices are inclusive of duties and taxes. However, as DPD refused to deliver my order until I had paid duty and VAT charges, I did pay this due to the fact that another page on Hardloop's website relating to Brexit stated, "We undertake to refund the initial VAT if you send us the proof of payment. "After submitting proof of payment to Hardloop, they initially said that I would need to return the goods to them in order for them to reimburse the VAT costs to me.I duly returned the goods, as instructed, but Hardloop have refused to reimburse me for the VAT that I have paid, stating that I will need to submit a reimbursement claim via HMRC.Of course, HMRC have requested information that was not provided to me, and so I am unable to submit my claim, meaning that I am out of pocket by nearly £45.00 and I don't even have any goods to show for it!With all the back and forth of trying to resolve this with Hardloop, they have abdicated all responsibility, which shows that they are an untrustworthy company to say the least!In the meantime, I was able to purchase the same items and return the incorrectly sized goods from another non-UK based website without all of the hassle with duty and VAT charges.If your delivery address is outside of France, be prepared to lose money!

Long delivery times

The customer service it's easy to reach and they answer pretty quickly. The order took a long time to arrive and was sent after I have contacted the customer service to ask about the missed deadline of the delivery. They need improvement in that area, otherwise good prices.

Returned 2 pair, got refunded 1 pair

Returned 2 pair of shoes. (€324,80) Didn't wear them. They arrived 29th of September at their warehouse. Today, 15th of October, they refunded me €159,90. Why do you refund me just one pair of shoes? They were packed in one box! And why does the refunding process take that long?? More then 2 weeks.. I want the rest of my money back.Update: They solved the issue so I changed the rating to 3-stars. First they said they just received 1 pair, but after my email they were able to find the second pair. I guess they wouldn't do anything when I didn't contact them. This is what I don't like. And also, refunding 15 days after receiving a return is very late..

Still waiting after 20 days

Having had placed an order on September 29th, at the time of this opportunity, October 18th, we still did not receive anything. Neither do we have any idea when will it be delivered. A very disappointing purchase handling process.
