Review Time
I am not sure whether my bad experience is due to the company itself or the courier service they use,but my package was supposed to arrive on 12Jan,and it is now 1 Feb. My order was sent quickly,so no complaints related to that,but from that moment on it became hard to trace it as the courier kept saying their pick up points were unavailable and they couldn't deliver it,and then there were no updates for a week on the courier's website.I had to wait a bit to get a reply from Hardloop but they advised me the package would be returned to them,and asked me to advise whether they should resend it once they receive it.The courier's website shows it has been few days now the package was back to rhe sender but I haven't heard back from anyone.The irony is that Hardloop keeps sending emails for me to review my order, and I have no clue where it is.The only thing I know is I paid for this order,and I would like to have it,or at least receive timely and relevant updates.
I ordered these shoes on 7th Jan. They were supposed to be delivered on 10th Jan. However, the email I received showed that due to bad weather..there might be some delay. It initially showed that delivery will be done by dpd..but it seems some french delivery service called chronopost is also involved. Anyways on 15th I got a message that chronopost attempted a delivery vut couldn't as the address was incorrect.. my address was correctly updated during the purchase, however on chronopost website, my house number is missing. It was difficult to reach out to chronopost to update the address..as to find support in English, im connected to them via FB messenger. The support person responds after 3-4 hours if you are lucky..and then goes unavailable again. It is frustrating.
Ordering on December 13th went smoothly, and the expected delivery date of December 18th or 19th was acceptable.However, no delivery has been received yet...Update:Order was lost in transit. I had to contact them via email to find out - they didn't notify me proactively. They did issue a refund once I inquired.
Update after reply (6-1-26):The way of formulating the reply (diplomatic answer “parternering” ) gives me an even bigger suspicion of drop shipping. Thus… hesitant for the next time.————Quickly sent out (to Netherlands).It does give the impression of drop shipping, which makes me hesitant to order. But that’s something I’m not sure about.But so far (2x) no problems yet.
We ordered ski overall. Courier could not find address. After 1 week back and forward conversations anf promises with Courier and Hardloop, package was sent to the shop back. We didn't get package and still waiting for decisions to get money and overall back. Not the best experience, to be honest but hope Hardloop will sort it out and we will get our order.
