Should be easy enough to cancel an order before it's even packaged to ship. I emailed customer service within minutes of placing my order and was told cancellations aren't an option.Unless I missed it, there should be some verbiage online stating that cancellations aren't an option. Hoping the refund process is relatively easy.

Easy to buy. Shipping not good. Return policy not good with slow shipping.

Buying was easy. The 1-5 day shipping did not happen. It has been 7 days and tracker hasn't shown it move in over 2 days. This is disappointing for the 30 day return policy it is eating up more of those days. Hope it shows up at all.
